A few weeks ago, my husband and I got the rare opportunity to spend the day together for our anniversary. Just us. NO KIDS! He knows I love the bookstore, so we went to Barnes & Noble and I found this lovely pie cookbook. I am in love with it. Everything in it looks so wonderful. I especially recommend the Individual Berry Pies made in little ramekins (another sweet purchase that day from World Market!). My husband can't get enough of them and asks me to make them once a week. I made them for my parents and my mother told me it was the best thing I have ever made (she LOVES berries!)!
