What's For Dinner?

Inspired by another blog I read, I thought it would be fun and helpful for us to share what we are having for dinner each night.  Just leave your dinner menu in the comment section, with recipe if you like and maybe you will inspire and help someone else!

We're having easy stuffed cabbage:

Easy Stuffed Cabbage

2 pounds ground beef
1 package Lipton dry onion soup mix
2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup
2 soup cans water
1 cup minute quick cooking rice
2 pound head cabbage (I shredded enough for 7 cups)

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Brown meat and drain well. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over meat. Mix tomato soup and water together. Add to meat. Stir in rice.

Shred or loosely chop the head of cabbage. Place ¾ of the cabbage on the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Pour meat mixture over cabbage. Top meat mixture with remaining cabbage.

Cover with foil.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
